I enjoyed the stay. Well, it was a very comfortable stay because of the services offered. The location was amazing and easy because it was adjacent to the garden for a glass of prosecco on arrival, glacier and two grocery stores.
My room was actually old-style.

the staff was extremely helpful and provided great advice. the hotel's location was convenient, situated next to a garden, glacier, and skiing/sledding options. the hotel was only 4 km away from the National Show Center.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with the immediate proximity of the mountains providing breathtaking views. I keep coming back to my favorite place in Neustift because the staff is super helpful and once even treated my insect bite. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, parking, pool, fitness center, spa, ski storage. Can't wait for Easter!
